Lightning Talk: RISC-V Update

RISC-V is a new Instruction Set Architecture, invented at UC Berkeley. It's an
open standard and can be licensed free of charge from the RISC-V Foundation.
Jonathan will speak about new hardware platforms and features that have
appeared over the past year, as well as new conventions and interfaces that
need to be implemented by coreboot on RISC-V.
